The Teacher of the Universe
Without a teacher to explain it, the complex book of the universe would remain an incomprehensible mystery.
— Bediuzzaman Said Nursi, The Words, The Nineteenth WordJust as a magnificent written book requires a teacher to read it and explain its meaning. In the same way, this book of the universe also requires a teacher and guide, and those are the prophets. If it were not for the prophets, terrifying questions that burn humanity and confuse the mind such as "Who are we? Where do we come from? Where are we going? What is our duty in this world?" would remain unanswered. Indeed, Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) is the greatest teacher of this book of the universe and the truest answerer of those terrifying questions.
Key Philosophical Insight
Creation is a message, and prophethood is the necessary translation of that message for the human mind.
