Questions
Contact submissions are stored for up to 180 days so we can reply. Resend processes the operational notification email. You may request access or deletion through the contact page.
Analytics
Analytics starts only after consent. Contact details, messages, phone numbers, search text and quotation text are never sent to Analytics.
Abuse control
We retain a salted hash—not the raw network address—for up to 24 hours to limit automated abuse.
Operational records
We keep privacy-safe records when a question is received or delivered, a guided journey is completed, or a resource is opened. These records never contain your message, contact details, network address, or quotation text. Contact-linked records expire after 180 days; anonymous reading records after 90 days.
